Question
We are presently using the cardboard rings, from inside tape rolls, for spacers between PC boards that go into an oven (150 F) for curing of water soluble temporary mask. The rings are 3” in diameter and ¾” to 1” wide. I need something to replace them with that is non-generative or dissapative and can withstand the oven. Any suggestions? –Anonymous, Peabody, MA
Answer
We would suggest either coating the cardboard rings with our floor finish or topical Reztore™ and let that dry.....it might do the trick, but you would need to determine the suitability for the application. Another suggestion would be to try our line of dissipative small component shippers or our conductive foam which can be cut to size and stacked to desired height.
